Income tax planning, return filing, and litigation support.

Direct taxation is a cornerstone of corporate and individual financial structure. Finavrit delivers tactical planning and structuring to minimize liabilities while maintaining absolute alignment with the statutory requirements of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

We support clients through regular computations, return filings, TDS compliance, and advanced tax planning. Our litigation representation services ensure that if you receive a scrutiny notice or want to file an appeal before the CIT(A) or ITAT, you receive rigorous representation backed by thorough case law research.

Whether you are structuring a salary package, planning capital gains tax reinvestment on real estate, or analyzing corporate tax provisions, every calculation is executed with precision.

How We Work

01

Consultation & Computation

We review your income streams and documents to prepare a draft tax computation and identify optimization routes.

02

Verification & Draft Sharing

The computation and returns are verified internally and shared for your sign-off before upload.

03

ITR Submission & E-Verification

The return is filed with the Income Tax Department, e-verified, and the acknowledgment (ITR-V) is logged.

Frequently asked questions

Who needs to file an income tax return in India?

Any individual or entity whose income exceeds the basic exemption limit, and anyone claiming a refund, carrying forward losses, or meeting criteria like high-value transactions or foreign travel, must file. Companies and firms file regardless of profit.

What is the difference between a tax assessment and a scrutiny notice?

An assessment is the department’s processing of your return. A scrutiny notice (under section 143(2)) means your case was selected for detailed examination — it needs a structured reply with evidence, which is where professional representation matters.

Can pending tax demands be appealed?

Yes. Orders can be challenged before the jurisdictional Commissioner (Appeals), ITAT and higher courts, subject to deadlines. Pre-appeal requirements such as outstanding demand payment may apply.
